BENEFITS OF A BIRTH PLAN while labour and delivery rarely go “as planned” being aware of what could happen and knowing what decision you would make in advance, makes for an empowered birth experience and keeps your stress hormones in check (which makes for a smoother labour & delivery)

It also gives your partner a chance to advocate for you during birth and support you in ways they may not have been aware of, should you not had a birth plan in place.

+Tips on how to set up your birthing atmosphere in a way that induces feel good hormones and feels safe and encouraging - regardless of where you are birthing and who is present.
